Like Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes,we have main 3 parties inspection test plain ( ITP )

Part 1:For the raw material (Round Bars And Pipe Billet - For Seamelss Pipe Only),

we have two parties to test the quality

A: Test Of Chemical Compositioin

B: Test Of Mechanical Properties

This test included

-- Yield Strength Rt 0.5 M Pa ( Psi ), Mini requirements

-- Tensile Strength Rm M Pa ( Psi ), Min requirements

-- Elongation ( % ), Min requirements

Part 2: During production pipes,we have kinds of testing to control the quality,

The test included (Both Seamless And Welded Pipes)

-- Pipe surface both outside and inside

-- Tolerance of OD,W.T

-- Size ( Outside diameter, Wall thickness, Length )

-- Chemical Composition

-- Mechanical Properties

If pipe is stainless steel welded pipe,wel also have additional inspection

-- Online Ultrasonic Inspection

-- Visual Inspection For Outside Seaml ( times )

-- Visual Inspection For Inside Seam ( times )

-- X-Ray Inspection For Welding Seam

Part 3: Final Production of pipes,we have below testings in order to reach the quality meet to buyer's requirements

-- Test Of Pipe Body ( Both Seamless And Welded Pipes )

1.Yield Strength (M pa),Min requirements

2. Tensile Strength (M pa),Min requirements

3. Elongation (%),Min requirements

4. Hydro-static or Nondestructive Electric Test

5. IGC (Inter-Granular Corrosion Test)

6. Ultrasonic Test (If buyer requested)

7. Eddy Current Test (If buyer requested)

If the pipe is welded pipe,we also need to test welded seam both Tensile Strength and Yield Strength mini requirements
